When a terrible pandemic grips the world, experts advise all citizens to self-isolate in order to survive. Separated from his family, Aidan (Tyler Posey) finds himself alone in his apartment: safe for now but trapped by the infected horde raging outside. As supplies run low and isolation takes its toll, Aidan begins to lose hope…but that’s when he spots Eva (Summer Spiro) on the other side of the complex. Summoning his courage, Aidan sets out to rescue her, but then meets another survivor, an eccentric neighbour (Donald Sutherland) who could either be their salvation or their downfall.
