Order Cancellations

Please contact us ASAP with details and the order number that you want us to cancel or change. We cannot guarantee that we will always be able to cancel or change your order, but we will always do our best to help every time we can. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, as we want you to shop with confidence.
That’s why we always aim for your satisfaction by ensuring that you receive your order on time and as described.

Our highest priority is to have happy Customers.
Everyone who shops at Miragaio.com receives the following guarantees:

  • full refund if you do not receive your order;
  • full refund if your order does not arrive within the maximum guaranteed time: 30 days;
  • full refund if you provide photos that the item received is not as described;
  • full refund if you no longer want the item you ordered (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be returned unopened and unused).

Full refund may not apply under the following circumstances:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing wrong shipping address);
  • your order is not delivered due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, natural disaster delays, shipment unclaimed at your end, or refused delivery).

Submitting a refund request:

  • You may submit a refund request 30 days from when the order was placed.
  • To submit a refund request, contact us with your order number and reason for the refund request.

If your order is eligible for a refund, your refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method, usually within 2-3 days.

Returns Policy

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days;
2. The return shipping is at Buyer’s expense;
3. You must contact us within 30 days and obtain a Return Authorization;
4. Items must be returned unopened/unused and still in the original packaging;
5. Full refunds may not be issued if items are returned opened and/or used;
6. Refunds may not be issued for items that arrive damaged in transit;
7. The original shipping charge is not refundable.
